From 23 to 25 June 2025, the EARTHONE project was presented at the annual congress of the Italian Society of Agricultural Chemistry (SICA), held in Padova. The event brought together over 130 researchers and professionals specialising in soil science, plant physiology, and biogeochemical cycles.

Presenting the EARTHONE poster at the SICA Congress

EARTHONE was represented by DAFNAE – University of Padova, who showcased the project through a dedicated poster. Discussions focused on the relevance of the project’s pilot regions, the multi-sensing ecosystem, and the involvement of local stakeholders, particularly farmers. The concept of the Information Factory also attracted attention as a practical tool for data integration and decision support. The interest shown by participants confirmed the relevance of EARTHONE’s interdisciplinary approach to climate-adaptive land management.
