On Friday, 13 June 2025, a co-creation workshop will be held in Zagora (Pelion, Greece) as part of the EARTHONE project. Organised by the University of Thessaly in collaboration with EXUS Software and ELGO-DIMITRA, the event will focus on improving soil quality to enhance the climate resilience of apple cultivation.

A practical and participatory format

The workshop brings together local Greek farmers, landowners, researchers, policymakers, and environmental organisations to co-develop practical tools for sustainable land management. This session, conducted in Greek, will focus on the theme “Soil – Apple Trees – Climate Crisis: Enhancing soil quality to strengthen apple tree resilience.”

Participants will exchange knowledge and experience on soil and land-use practices, evaluate digital tools through group exercises and structured feedback, and contribute to policy-relevant recommendations.
