On 13 March, the EARTHONE project participated in the webinar From Data to Decisions. Building Europe’s Next-Generation Agri-Data Ecosystem. The event was organised within the AgroTech Hub Cluster and presented several Horizon Europe initiatives working on digital agriculture, climate innovation, and sustainable land management.

Across Europe, agriculture is entering a phase in which data from satellites, sensors, models, and digital platforms is increasingly used to analyse farming systems and environmental processes. A central question remains how this growing volume of information can support clear and practical decisions for farmers, advisors, land managers, and policymakers.

The webinar included presentations from six projects within the AgroTech Hub Cluster: AGRARIAN, EARTHONE, ENFORCE, LandShift, NOSTRADAMUS, and OpenAgri.

During the session, Borja Arroyo Galende, Scientific Coordinator of EARTHONE, presented the project’s approach to connecting climate change with Europe’s agriculture and forestry systems through integrated data and living labs.

The event attracted 93 participants to the live session, reflecting strong interest from the research, innovation, and agricultural communities. Through the AgroTech Hub Cluster, participating projects work to strengthen collaboration, exchange knowledge, and support the development of interoperable digital solutions for European agriculture.
